Is 304 stainless steel material suitable for a Baking Rack?
Yes, baking rack are generally made of 304 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel is high nickel stainless steel and with strong rust performance.Of course, 201 stainless steel also can be used, But 201 stainless steel has lot of broken part during electrolysis surface treatment .In 2020, Lanejoy received a batch of orders for baking racks. The materials required by the customer were 201 stainless steel , but there were a lot of defective  products in the process of surface treatment electrolysis,so the finally bot h customer and Lanejoy decided to use 304 stainless steel materials to make baking rack
